Franshion Properties (China) Limited ("Franshion Properties" hereinafter,HK 00817) is a flagship real estate developer of Sinochem Group. The english name of the company has been changed from “Franshion Properties (China) Limited” to “China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited” and the stock short name for trading in the shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “FRANSHION PPT” to “CHINA JINMAO” with effect from 9 September 2015.

China Jinmao's major businesses involves the development and operation of highend commercial property and residential building in prime locations of China's first tier cities.
